ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS

Administration and operations refers to the costs related to governance, overall management of Tribes’ business, and development and maintenance of the buildings and civil infrastructure on Band land.

About 75% of funding for these expenditures comes from our own source revenue, with the remainder of funds coming from INAC. In 2003/04, approximately 13% of the total budget was spent on Administration & Operations, including capital improvements and investments.
