Cowichan Tribes’ provides an extensive number of services to its members, administered collectively by Tribes Administration.  In many cases, Cowichan Tribes has been delegated authority to deliver services on behalf of federal or government ministries, and often the programs have been customized to meet the needs of First Nations, and in particular, Cowichan Tribes.
